Did. It receive all of my order
If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Customer service is a disgraceful!
Delivery never happened, I have been blown off for 3 weeks, yet they took my money, and now I'm told in possibly another 7 days I will receive my money back. They forgot to ship my order once the label was created. I've contacted them 5 times prior to this time so how did they forget to ship?! Ivespent countless hours trying to find my pool cover I ordered, and they now say they forgot to ship.
They are rude, unorganized, don't return calls when they say they will have a manager contact you!
I will never order from in the swim!! Worst pool company, delivery, customer service I have ever seen!!

Damaged Hayward filter. I reported it and sent them pictures. Their customer service people seemed to want to help, but I suspect the level above them could care less about the customer.
Defective hayward filter out of damaged box. Filter ordered on 6/17/23 ,received on about 6/21/23.
Box had damage (holes in it) which I reported before item was unboxed. When I hooked up filter, water squirted out of crack on the filter head. Reported this and sent pictures. Phoned them everyday as pool season is short in Northeast.
I receive lip service from customer service people. I suspect its not the customer service people, but the next level above them that dragged things out. Finally was told I would have the part on July 5th. We will see.
There are so many options out there; why would anyone shop at this pool store anymore.
I will report it to consumers and see what happens. They should not be able to do business in the state of New York anymore!

Terrible product and customer service
Terrible product as well as overall company. We bought the ultra Solar cover with the 8 year warranty in March 2021.
Just after one year, the bubbles started falling off leaving us to deal with tons of little plastic pieces floating in the water. The company said bubble damage is not covered by the warranty because its due to the owner not properly balancing their pool. I found this a bit offensive because we balance the chemicals on a regular basis.
A complaint was made to the BBB and all they were willing to do was give me a 15% discount on another cover. STAY AWAY from this company at all costs!!!
